Meet the Realtor-Carrie Ann Kilpatrick

Are you looking for your next home in Northeast Florida?  If so, Carrie Ann Kilpatrick may be your girl to help you find that dream home.  Carrie Ann is currently a Realtor for Florida Homes Realty and Mortgage and has been helping sellers and buyers in Northeast Florida for 3 years.  Originally from South Carolina, she found her own home in Fernandina Beach just 7 years ago.  She is married and has 2 kids and 2 Weimaraners!  Her love for being outside lead her to this career choice!  You can often find her in her down time enjoying the beach, oil painting or chowing down on a hotdog (her favorite food).   However she needs you to know that, "Baskin Robbins Peanut and Chocolate Ice cream is the BEST....PERIOD."    

From a photography standpoint, Carrie Ann was great to work with, even though we were literally shooting in between a beautiful Florida Thunderstorm and had no clue if we were going to get stuck in a downpour!  Even though this was our first shoot together, I felt like we had been friends forever.  The session was quick and effortless.  That is one thing that I love about these business or commercial sessions....they do not have to be long.  With a little planning (we do consultations before every shoot), we can capture everything needed pretty quickly.  Carrie Ann took advantage of our July 2020 Commercial Portrait Session Special and I am so glad she did!
