If you are ever questioning whether you want to do a studio session or an outdoor session why not do them both! Book a "Combo Session" just like the Spencer Family did! I love these sessions and this family was great! We started out in the studio to capture some more traditional portraits of the children and to even recreate a portrait that has been done for at least the last three generations in the SAME OUTFIT!!! This particular portrait is even captured on a family antique desk!
Andrew's sister got involved too for some fun shots. I just love these images. We all know that siblings love each other dearly, but to make them look like they do in a portrait....lol....sometimes that can be a challenge! These two were just adorable.
The second half of the session, required some outfit changes and took place on the beautiful Big Talbot Island! This location requires a little hiking, but it is so worth it. No matter how many times I photograph this location, it always looks different. Shortly after moving to Amelia Island, the first family that welcomed us here took us to this gem to see it for ourselves!
Take a look at the color coordination of this family. I love it! Mom (aka Nicole) really took to heart what we discussed in our consultation and did a wonderful job piecing together the different colors and textures that give their family great harmony!
I always like to capture Mom and Dad alone in these sessions. Think about it, when was the last time married couples with children had their own session.....often I hear it is the wedding day....unless they are previous members of the Boston Photography Family of course!

Nicole - I love it, love it, love it!!! After discussing the elements I wanted in our family portraits, Kelli suggested a number of places and showed me pictures from past sessions. Big Talbot Island won, hands down. Our family had a fantastic time and Kelli made the whole experience very fun and stress free! You can't ask for anything better in a photographer!!! Thanks Kelli!!!!!
